Shipping policy

As all our products—including our customized bamboo weaving and leather crafts—are purely handmade, the production process is intricate and requires time to perfect. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Production Time

Because each piece is unique, production times vary. Please refer to the specific product page for an estimated lead time. Our team of artisans is dedicated to refining every detail to ensure the highest quality and artistic value of your order. We guarantee that all product production will be completed within 30 working days.

Please note: At Bamboura, we celebrate the art of slow fashion. Every production is hand-woven by skilled artisans, a process that requires significant preparation and time.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within the 14-day (fortnight) grace period following your payment. Due to the immediate allocation of materials and artisan labour, the following service fees apply to all cancellations:

Days 1–7 post-payment: A 15% service fee applies.

Days 8–14 post-payment: A 50% service fee applies.

Please be advised that once 14 days have passed, the crafting of your piece will be too far advanced to be halted, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

 

 

Dispatch & Delivery

To ensure the finest delivery experience, our shipping partners are the trusted couriers: DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We endeavour to support worldwide order fulfilment; however, should your delivery address fall outside the established service network of these three carriers, we are unfortunately unable to process the shipment. If you have any queries about delivery to your location, please contact us promptly to confirm eligibility.

Once your item is completed, we will arrange for dispatch within 3 working days. Standard delivery time is approximately 7 working days, though the exact duration will vary depending on the final destination.

Please note that our working hours are 9.30 am to 16:30 pm GMT, Mon-Fri.

 

 

Packaging & Protection

We provide professional, protective packaging for every order to ensure it arrives safely. To offer the best protection, packaging is often customized to fit the specific size and shape of the piece. For bespoke packaging enquiries, please get in touch with us via gifting.


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your delivery at any time via the courier’s official website or app.

 

 

Inspection upon Receipt

Please inspect the packaging carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage sustained during transit, or if the item does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue for you as a priority.
